I loved the spa and the services it provided. All the extremely hlepful and positive vibes from all the personel. The gastronomy was delicious too.
I loved the large block spa with the views of the lake and the terrace outside of the spa area.
I highly appreciate the private strand on the lake shore with free to take paddleboards, boats etc. Enjoyed my stay!
In my room at the villa in the morning it took around 3 minutes to get hot water, and when it was too hot it was difficult to regulate it with cold water. I guess just a technical issue. But all in all it was just a minor inconvenience.

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - ist sehr bemüht, die Wünsche der Gäste bestmöglich zu erfüllen,
Zimmer - Lage sehr warm und im Durchzug gelegen, also nicht ganz so ruhig, wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe, Frühstück und generell das Essen sehr lecker, große Auswahl und Abwechslung,
Die weitläufigen Wege waren etwas verwirrend - habe nicht alle Zugänge gefunden.

Facilities were amazing and the hotel is beautiful.
Food. Really bad. Breakfast was tough because most of the trays were empty a lot. Dinner was honestly a joke. I’ve included a picture of a meal. Literally one potato cut in half and a finger slice of chicken with sauce that had a hard film on it due to sitting around. Also the menu said Guinea Fowl and they served chicken! The other picture is the welcome drink. 100ml of beer. Honestly it was insulting
