Great location close to the city centre, stunning views of the lake from the hotel balcony, very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff

The reception staff and restaurant team were truly outstanding and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The reception staff were amazing, welcoming, and very helpful, and the restaurant team were always friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, and the room views are beautiful.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor.The room and linen were not properly cleaned .
