Location was good! Close to any trams or trains needed to go around the city! Bathroom facility was nice! Staff were very pleasant and polite!
Unfortunately no aircon which was difficult as we went during a heat wave however Paris is quite cool during spring and winter so unless your going in Summer it may be an issue. As well as minimal walking space for a 2 person room.

Very good! Very cozy. Location super good walking or metro. Close there are shops cafes etc. the bed is very comfortable and the pillow also. The shower looked old but was very good. Hot water and heating working good. Workers in reception very nice, they gave us hairdryer and iron for clothes, and also one bottle of water because it was very late in the night. If you see pictures it looks old but the things that matter are very good: bed, shower pressure & hot, service of the workers, location, fresh balcony

Location is very good, close to transport and coffee shops, you can literally walk to Moulin Rouge and Palace Garnier.
Room was clean and the heating worked just fine, as we had freezing temperatures outside.
Staff is friendly, helpful.
Room is small, a bit outdated, would have been useful to have a kettle and some tea. Overall, still ok, would go again for location.

Room had most of the necessaries, clean, bed comfy.
Necessaries there, no fuss.
Lots of restaurants nearby.
Bathroom very small - a bigger person would have difficulty!
Decor very gloomy - and past its use-by date...
