Lilane was particularly helpful, understanding how we had just flown overnight to Paris.
Location close to Gare Ste Lazare where we left to go to Normandy. Also close to Place Pigalle where we met family. Really liked your recommendations for Galeries Lafayette and 228 Litres.
Liked the separate bedroom, fridge and microwave.
Air conditioning not very effective outside the bedroom.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Saint Lazare train station (metro and RER also there), in a quiet neighborhood. There are nice bakeries and restaurants nearby. The whole apartment was very clean and well appointed, the two bedrooms and the living room were large and bright, the beds were extremely comfortable, and each room had its own strong AC, which is an absolute blessing in Paris. Having the bathroom and toilet separated is also very helpful.
The washer/dryer seemed quite new and washed our clothes just fine, but couldn't really dry them well, even after we took half of them out and ran just the dryer once more. We had to hang them to dry on the rack that we found.

Fantastic, spacious, extremely clean and beatiful appartment with very new furniture and excellent view from the windows, 2 fantastic bakeries straight near the building (Maison Dujardin and Maison R&S), the best place in Paris for breakfast is 1 minute away (Terrasse Saint-Lazare), 10 minutes walk to Opera Garnier and Monmartre, very close on Metro / Taxi to all major locations. Lilane (manager) was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. The appartment had absolutely everything we needed. Definitely 10 out of 10.

The location was great, close to a major train for transportation to anywhere in the city. There is a great bakery just a few doors down and a couple restaurants on the same corner as the bakery. The apartment was clean, well prepped with staples and the towels were new thick and fluffy. The only negative I thought was there is only one toilet. It states two bathrooms and there were two showers and sinks but only one toilet. For 6 people that wasn't great. The apartment was very clean, set up well, we were all comfortable! I would recommend this stay.
There was only one toilet and the air conditioning doesn't get quite as cool as we like it, which is probably cooler than most people like.
