The staff were friendly and helpful.
On the first night, there was no hot water. I told reception and they had to turn on the boiler, which took some time to heat up. Another issue is that they advertise "Parking". However, there is no hotel parking - only street parking for something like €3 an hour. They only have limited garage space for which they charge an extra €10 per night. I told them that they should remove "Parking" from their Booking.com advert.

Very good value, well appointed hotel, a conveniently short walk from railway station & up hill to old town centre. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, shower OK. Decent breakfast. One young lady very friendly & helpful. Library in reception area.Terraced garden.
Fine for a night or two, but decor (especially colour scheme) gloomy & bland - could easily be improved by touches of brighter colour & some imagination.

The location close to the station was great. The staff very helpful, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and usable.
The hotel like the city is very dark. Dark floor coverings etc.
Having a kettle and water in the room to make a drink would have ideal rather than having to go downstairs.

Very basic but old hotel. Cheap, clean. Reception/staff is friendly
A bit too old, too much basic of everthing. Beds on wheels. No sidetable. Very basic breakfast. Super small old elevator.
