L'accueil très sympathique en amont du voyage au téléphone et sur place. La chambre était propre et la literie confortable pour le coin parents. Le petit déjeuner était très correct, avec du pain et des viennoiseries fraîches.
La situation parfaite pour aller aux thermes et profiter du parc, juste en face.
L'hôtel est globalement assez défraîchi et le ménage moyennement fait. Dans la partie enfant, bien qu'assez grande, le coin nuit sans volet (uniquement des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière), avec une fenêtre qui donne sur un extérieur "technique". Une lumière est restée allumée toute la nuit et beaucoup de bruits divers.
La climatisation n'était pas réglable et très bruyante dans les 2 pièces.
Dommage pour ce contraste entre le coin parent et le coin enfants.
Nous avons réservé quelques jours seulement avant notre voyage, il n'y avait peut-être pas d'autres options. Les autres chambres sont peut-être mieux entretenues.
