It was clean and bed was comfortable
Room was quite small.
Strong smell of tobacco in the room.
I requested a late check in, as this was a stop over on route back to the uk, initially informed this would be ok, then when I called later, as I didnt receive the check information was told its not possible, as they couldn't process my payment remotely (a card that has been used all over Europe and was also used to pay when I did arrive). This forced me to drive 5 hrs straight without a stop, as I couldn't cancel the room or get the late check in promised.
Breakfast was also very disappointing would recommend people avoid, I had to take as was in a rush in the morning
Overall very disappointed with this, in future if you can honour a request let the customer know so they can cancel within the approved period
