Great deal ! Value / money = perfect

Room was big, especially for France, breakfast was good, quite area , good restarant

The room card never worked, every time I had to go back to reception. Small but annoying

For a one night stop it was fine.

Near the motorway, easy to find. Clean room and a comfortable bed.

Compared to other one night stops at other hotels it was very basic.

It may sound harsh, but at times I had an impression that it is an overpriced motel.

Staff. Quite good selection of food for breakfast

Lovely staff and great bar area.

Aircon in room and extractor in the room didn’t work and it was 30 degrees. Only one night so not worth making a fuss and I knew they were full and we had the last twin room - despite booking two nearly a year ago!

FUN Hotel

A very unique hotel, with a modern Art Theme throughout - a fun stopover and definitely suitable for kids. Helpful staff. Bus around the corner and great location to visit the Champagne Houses.

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at this most stylish and comfortable hotel!

This Mercure Hotel manages to be stylish, efficient, friendly, comfortable and well located for Reims and for motorways. It has a lovely outdoor pool. With a delicious dinner and breakfast included in the price it was exceptional value also. Our standard double room was spacious and air conditioned.

We had to wait for a long time for our food to arrive at dinner. However the staff were most apologetic and gave us a free glass of wine.

Good stop over

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, and lots to choose from

The staff were a little inattentive. The olives were left out of our salads and I had to look for someone to help. Also they forgot to bring my wine to the table twice. However it was late as we arrived late after a long journey. I have had worse service!

A family friendly place to stay in Reims

The staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was very kid friendly, with the games around for them to play. We had two rooms and loved how they were adjoining.

The pool looked dirty as the tiles around the edges needed a clean, but the rest of the hotel was very clean as you could see the staff deep cleaning the main area.

Comfy bed, and clean room. Interior was nice in the reception area. Staff was friendly

The food... The veggie burger was bread with mashed potatoes and some sauce. Our breakfast in the room was forgotten, so we had to call a few times fort his. Minimal breakfast.

Room not good everything else ok

Restaurant good albeit limited menu. Friendly staff. Car parking good.

The bedrooms are very dated. The aircon in the rooms is not independent of the main building which means you cannot adjust the temperature of the bedroom independently of the main hotel. There is a thermostat in the room that doesn’t work. We only found this out when we went to reception to ask them to turn our air conditioning down as the thermostat in the room was not having any impact on both the temperature of the room or the speed of the fan. Towels very thin Hairdryer was so old we think Noah had a more up-to date one on the Ark.

The dinner was basic . Location is away from the city centre, but parking is good. Breakfast is pricey.

this hotel has a very retro quirky feel with unique artwork in the bedroom and throughout the hotel. the hotel has a real ‘fun’ feel about it.

good for an overnight whilst travelling through France

spacious room, nice bar area and decor. bed was really comfy.

bathroom could have been cleaner - tiles were superficially clean. minibar was empty.

Pleasant welcome from English speaking young man, comfortable bed, good TV. We chose half board tariff, the choice was limited but OK.

Our room was cold, we were given an electric heater when we mentioned it. The food menu was only accessed via a QR code on a smartphone. Very limited list of wines by the glass. Some staff were less than helpful.

family friendly, very kind staff, very good amenities such as charger for electric cars, lots of fun games for kids, very quirky, nice restaurant with a nice menu including very good breakfast and large bedrooms for good price
