Very friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable beds and clean room. Perfect location for exploring centre of Reims.
Overall a really enjoyable stay. If I had to criticise anything it would be noise from bathrooms above and next door was quite loud.

Great location for central Reims. Restaurants and bars within 4 minute walk. Parking next door. Easy to access motorway for onwards journey to Calais.

Central location
Breakfast was poor, daytime staff were not welcoming, bed configuration was not as booked, our room was very tired- but they are in the middle of a refurbishment.
