J’etait en famille les personne situé au dessus nous on pas laisser dormir le personnel n’ai même pas intervenu pour le

prima hotel voor een kort verblijf

locatie is prima, weinig parkeerruimte op het terrein van het hotel, maar aan de overzijde van de weg zijn er genoeg plekken, ook voor auto's met aanhangers ruime kamer, fijn bed. ontbijt is simpel, maar wordt steeds aangevuld, echte croissants!

L'établissement offre un bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est agréable et très à l'écoute. Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de chambre adjacentes/communicantes (parents/enfants) faute de disponibilité, mais le personnel s'est bien arrangé pour nous délocaliser et nous proposer deux chambres en vis-à-vis dans la même catégorie... et le petit déjeuner offert! Merci pour tant de bienveillance Nous reviendrons

Clean, easy, efficient - this is the perfect transitory hotel. Wouldn’t stay there if you intend to stay in Reims though

It was perfect for what we needed, but this is nothing fancy, expect basic facilities but all working and clean.

L'hébergement parfait à Reims, mais bien sûr c'est un endroit où prendre le petit déj pas un 4*

J'aime l'emplacement près de chez mes amis, j'ai l'intention de revenir une fois par mois. C'est propre et simple, juste ce qu'il faut pour une nuit quand on n'a pas d'atre hébergement. Il y avait même un frigo et un micro onde si j'avais un petit creux.

Rien. Je n'attends pas un service spécial car je cherche un hébergement à moindre frais et comparé à d'autres que j'avais testé il est à côté de là où je vais, il est standardisé donc tout fonctionne bien, et je m'y sens à l'aise. Peut-être que le parking devrait s'ouvrir tout seul quand on repart, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

Dommage que la literie était trop ferme

Le petit-déjeuner était bon

La porte de la salle de bain s'ouvrait uniquement vers l'intérieur de la douche donc grosse difficulté pour rentrer et sortir. Je l'ai signalé à l'accueil D'autre part la literie est très dure ferme nous avions extrêmement mal au dos dans la nuit

La chambre avec le micro-onde et le frigo. Le personnel qui s'est mis en quatre pour faire face à une forte affluence au petit déjeuner.

Parking payant et de plus place non garantie. C'est la première fois que l'on voit ce type d'hôtel avec un parking payant... . Manque de personnel le matin pour la gestion des sorties et du petit déjeuner.

Gied hotel voor doorreiziger

Goed gelegen, prima parkeren achter een hek (€3 pn). Schoon en comfortabel: prijs/prestatie uitstekend. Tegenover een McD. En als een McD niet je eerste keus is, ga dan toch daarheen en niet naar het Buffalo grill restaurant. Je ontvangt 10% korting bij tonen boeking hotel, maar het eten daar is BAGGER !

Hotel is prima voor de (door)reiziger, dus niets viel tegen

Parking ,en suplèment 3E,et pas de places pour tout le monde...,chambre avec toiles d'arraignèes apparentes a plusieurs endroits au plafond ,fixation de la TV non adaptèe excentŕè a droite ,par rapport au lit ...

Emplacement calme à 3km du centre ville de Reims (7min en voiture) Parking sécurisé à 3€/nuit Supermarché et mac donald juste en face. Très propre. Personnel très sympathique.

Literie peu confortable (matelas très dur et oreiller très fin) Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix (pas de fromage/charcuterie, pas de fruits)

C’est ce que l’on attend pour un hôtel première classe mais de petits ajustements sont nécessaires

Petit déjeuner classique, peu de choix ( manque fruits , céréales variées , œufs ) mais bon . La propreté est parfaite !

Les oreillers sont tellement mous qu’ils ne servent à rien , quant à la couverture , elle s’arrête au milieu du dos …donc obligé de monter le chauffage pour ne pes avoir froid

Bon accueil et nuit tranquille.

Le personnel à l'accueil bienveillant. Je lui ai demandé une chambre au calme alors que j'avais réservé à la dernière minute. Il a accédé à ma demande de la meilleure façon. Il se reconnaîtra.

La chambre est assez petite et la douche encore plus. Cependant la priorité c'était de bien dormir.

Prima Hotel für Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg in die Bretagne

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Betten sehr bequem. Fenster schallisoliert. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Das Personal zuvorkommend und ausergewöhnlich freundlich. Frühstück kontinental. Ich habe für deutlich mehr Geld schon schlechter gefrühstückt. Orangensaft sehr gut und Cappuchino sehr lecker.

Couldn't close shower door because of design flaws.

Breakfast was limited in selection. Other than the shower (see below) everything was fine. Limited secure parking available.

Shower is ridiculously small. Not sure who designed an already small shower with a door that swing inwards but that has the taps and soap dishes fixed in the one corner (opposite the hinge) that you need to get in to close the door. I was forced to shower with the door open and try to make sure water wasn't directed over the floor. Neighbourhood, looks very sketchy! I had chosen this property due to proximity to the tram line into Reims, however, I was happy with decision not to venture out after dark. After leaving car at park and ride just down the street the following day I returned to find police there dealing with an unknown incident. Do not leave car in the park-and-ride; if the locals do not use it that suggests that there is a reason that you shouldn't either!!
