Staff is really helpful, location is right in front of the train station. Hotel is quite small but lovely.
Bedroom part is new, seem like had just been renovated but I don’t like the bathroom.

Location is perfectly central and in close proximity to excellent cafes, restaurants, station. Bed and room was clean and modern.

Clean and new hotel, rooms - nice and clean. Great location: close to the town center and train station. Easy to find a parking nearby. My concern was it would be too noisy near the train station and the road, but no - everything was OK.

We found hair all over the place, specially on the bed. This is was really disgusting. Hotel not recommended for its property.

Good sized room. Well insulated against sound and air conditioning that worked well. Great location close to transport and restaurants and attractions.

Good location, big and clean room, nice materials and colors, pleasant staff.
Our room did not have access by lift. But the man at the reception was nice and helped us with the luggage. We didn't have a fridge in the room.

Very close to the main station, great value for money in the champagne region! The staff also allowed us to check in early, which I appreciated as I had a long day of travel when I arrived in Reims. Building has an elevator, which is uncommon for a building of this kind in France. Cannot comment on breakfast because we didn't take it.
