Fantastic location, air-conditioning, parking underground (public) but right by the hotel. Staff very friendly.
Booking.com said that we could book in from 3 pm onwards, when we got to the hotel, they would not allow us to book in until after 5 pm. If we had known this, we would never have booked this hotel. As we have been up since 1 am, travel down through the UK and the tunnel and needed to be able to rest up and not wait another three hours before we could get into our room. This really spoilt our stay. They did allow us to leave our bags and go out into the city. But all we needed to do was rest in our hotel room not wait three hours!

The staff were great but Linda from Rwanda on reception was especially fantastic. Helpful great communicator. She advised us on things to do. She changed our room without hesitation as we had noisey neighbours. Perfect location. Awesome breakfast.
Refurbishment work was taking place which didn’t disturb us but looked messy - it wasn’t a problem.
