Breakfast was excellent and varied.
We chose the location as easy to get to on the outskirts of Reims with plenty of parking close to large electric charging facilities , it is in a business park but the train into Reims centre is just a short walk away and very easy.

Location, newness, clean, comfy.
Awful WiFi in rooms. Virtually impossible to do anything.
Breakfast-Staff unable to cope with it and only 50% of tables occupied and the buffet constantly running out of items. Not good for a 4* hotel asking the money they do. Way overpriced and other 3* places put this one to shame for 50% of the price.
