Prima lokatie, verouderd hotel en door de geluidsoverlast slecht geslapen.

De lokatie en de ontvangst en de adviezen die het personeel gaf.

Hygiene. De toiletborstel en het tapijt zijn aan vervanging toe. De geluidsoverlast van de restaurants/café's recht onder ons raam. De kamers aan de achterkant zullen er geen last van hebben.

Nice central location

We were not allowed to bring our very clean roadbikes to the room. I have done that a lot of times without problems. We had to leave early so we couldn’t use the depositroom at the hotel, because the staff didn’t show up before 8am. The guy was very rude and told us, that he was sure we would leave a dirty room and that was the reason for our early departure. And a lady, presenting her as the manager supported his arkward behavior. And it certainly wasn’t a very clean and newpainted hotel. But nice central location

A pleasant stay

Nice location, clean room, lovely reception man.

Noise from street below was too loud to have window open but was too hot to have it closed so it was a bit difficult to sleep.

Cold bathroom but great view

Pretty room, great view of the street with christmas lights, great location in the center of town

Superb location. Charming staff. Good and plentiful breakfast.. Clean.

Although parts of the facilities have been renovated, ) for example double glazing and bathroom), further work is needed (carpets, pillows and building), but to be fair the hotel is 2 star and is good for that category.

Great value and and the staff were so friendly.

You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It is close to all the major sites of Metz and shopping.

Parking is 5 minutes away so be prepared to walk with your luggage. Also, it can get noisy after the bars close since we are in a pedestrian area.

Great value, clean, and a friendly reception.

Spacious room with two twin beds that were queen beds. We had a nice view of the street corner. The location is great, with a sports bar next door and there being only a short walk to the cathedral. Our host was great, very friendly and informative. The breakfast in the morning was charming albeit modest.

Nothing worth mentioning.

Great location lovely staff

Excellent location right in centre of town . Francoise Was a lovely very helpful lady who checked us in and served breakfast which was lovely and good value.

Our twin room was huge the double room was very small Not really big enough but ok for one night (it was cheaper)

All we needed to know

Exceptionally friendly welcome from from the owner who gave us lots of tops on what to do and see and where to eat and drink. Excellent location for sightseeing in the old town.

West facing room with no air conditioning was very hot in August.

Hotel with character in the city center

The staff were very friendly and helpful with tips. The hotel has a deal with a parking space about 5mins walk away, which saves on costs. This is the closest parking location as the hotel itself is in the pedestrian zone. Great central location. You can get breakfast for €9.50 with fesh bread and croissants, as well as joghurt and fruits. (No meat)

Unfortunately there was a lot of dust and left overs from other people underneath the bed. The rest of the room including the bathroom were clean though. As it is in the pedestrian zone, it can be a bit noisy in the evening.

We enjoyed it overall and the hotel meet our expectaions.

location was perfect, staff were friendly and very aconodating.

The room was located on a street that had a bar close by and the noise outside was load until 2 in the morning when the bar closed.
