Fast check-in and check-out, daily room cleaning, comfortable bed
Noises-smell- no complement water bottle as there is a boiler and coffee

Breakfast was good , lots of choice.
Unfortunately we arrived at 22.00 due to Farmers blocking motorway we wanted to use. As, you can imagine it was dark when we got to the hotel. It is very confusing because on the lower windows of the building does it any where state ' Sure Hotel ' . We drove around looking for the hotel. Came to conclusion that must be the front door where the Christmas Tree was. When we left the hotel this morning there was a big bright sign saying Sure Hotel. It would have been really good if it had been lit up last night , it would have saved a lot of time.

Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast room and good selection of cold food. First rate coffee.
The only nearby restaurant was rammed within 15 mins of opening. Corridors were gloomy and the rooms a bit tired. No a/c in high summer with 34° outside made for an unpleasant night despite the fan provided. Paltry in-room coffee and tea facilities.
