The courtyard. Our room faced the courtyard, and with an open window you could not hear that you are close to the center of Münich.
In addition, having a dringk and/or eating there was wonderful.
We were fortunate with the nice warm weather.
Receptionist.
Upon arrival we made it clear that our German is not great. This did not keep the receptionist from speaking low, muttering, fast, and with a heavy accent.

Very good location, short and easy connection to the center, generally nice hotel, you have everything you need
We had some issues with cleaning, asked to handle them, and that was done, but i couldn’t unsee what i saw

The room is spotless, including the bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options such as cold cuts, eggs, pastries, sweets, and freshly juices.
The room and bathroom were cold both day and night, and the bathroom heater did not work at all. They provided a small plastic heater, but it was very noisy and not safe to keep on overnight.
