This nice hotel is located right on the river with a nice view on Cochem castle. The position is excellent just a few hundreds meters from Cochem center. We had two comfortable rooms with shared access to a nice balcony. The host was very kind in helping also with bike rental (by the way the hotel has a very useful facility for storing bikes during the night..). Breakfast was good and included making overall good value for money. A free parking is located just aside of the Hotel.
One of the two rooms had the dedicated WC out of the bedroom. No surprise, that was clearly communicated at our reservation.

The location is perfect. Quieter area of town with beautiful views of the Moselle river.
The common area was beautiful decorated.
The buffet breakfast (included in our stay) was delicious. A variety of foods were available.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and had a wide variety.
The hotel has seen better days and really needs to be renovated. The bathroom was probably added in the 1960s and is the smallest I’ve ever seen.
