Absolutely amazing!
I'm a very light sleeper, so I need to be very selective about which hotels I stay at. This property was perfect for me.
The doors and windows in the room are both noise-cancelling. Once you close them, no outside noise gets into the room (unless one of your neighbours really makes an effort to bang on the wall - but that's not the hotel's fault).
The one caveat I would make is that if you open the windows, the noise can make sleeping difficult. I went during a cool period, but if there had been a heatwave, the lack of AC would have probably forced me to open the windows. Just bear this in mind if you are travelling in the summer.
The staff members were very friendly and welcoming. They all speak good English if this is important to you.
There is no AC in the rooms, but a fan was provided. If there had been a heatwave, I would probably have had to choose a different hotel. However, the temperature was in the low 20s when I was staying, so it wasn't an issue.

Very well presented, room was clean, very quiet for a city hotel. Super helpful staff, could not fault them at all.
Advertised with parking, mea no no parking when it suits the management, hotel was apparently having windows cleaned so all street parking was blocked off (Day and Night) leaving most guest having to find parking elsewhere. A simple thing such as parking outside of daily work hours would have gone a long way. Breakfast area wasn’t big enough to seat all guests.

Superb location...for the castle, and the beautiful swimming lake 10 mins walk away. Room perfect. Breakfast perfect. Highly recommended
