Really helpful staff. I was returning to the same hotel in a few days time after a trip to El Calafate and they let me keep my big suitcase in the hotel for the 3 days as my baggage allowance wouldn’t have allowed it on the flight.
It is a little noisy at nights but that’s what you get for such a brilliant location.
