Very close to Obelisco (less than 3 minute walk) and it is at the central of Buenos Aires. This is probably one of the best hotel that I had ever stayed.
No laundry room.

Location was excellent in the middle of the city you could go anywhere.
The staff were nice I was ivery mpressed with the housekeepers if I was a bit late leaving my room for cleaning, they understood and and always smiled and didn't rush me. My rooms was impecable when I came back, excellent service.
The building is old, and the floor of my room seemed like it was a bit uneven but it was covered by carpet and in the wardrobe the floor was damp. The facilities in the gym were very old and not up to date and nobody used them

Location is excellent, subte is right there, and everything is nearby, Corrientes avenue, Lavalle, coffee shops and restaurants. Staff is very friendly
Air conditioner wasn't enough to keep the room cold, because the heat is terrible. Also, the Hotel Wifi wasn't working at all I had to use my roaming. The room was very small, very different from the featured pictures.
