I stayed here last year and was so impressed with the property. When I returned this year, I booked early to make sure I could stay here. I was traveling with four others this year and at my recommendation we all stayed here. They were VERY impressed.

The attention to detail by the owners, Roberto and Erminia, can be seen throughout the property. The plant in the hat box on the landing, the garden flowers in vintage wine glass at breakfast, the gold tassel hanging from the carefully displayed ancient iron machinery in the welcoming room, and the beautiful and ornate Moreno glass chandelier. We also enjoyed the fresh baked pastries, bread, fresh fruit, with all the fixings hosted in the lovely breakfast room. We loved our amazing and tastefully decorated room with exceptional views of the Spoleto valley as well.
We wished the hotel had a small bar so that we could sip on a Negroni and admire the gorgeous view, sit in the property, and enjoy the surrounding landscape.

The hosts and entire staff were so hospitable and kind. The bathroom modern and pristine, beds very comfortable, and the view from the room was spectacular. The included breakfast was wonderful.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this property or the owners.
