In centro a Spoleto con parcheggio

Posizione e possibilità di parcheggiare in pieno centro in struttura

Struttura un po' datata con impossibilità di oscurare le finestre. Durante il soggiorno siamo stati ripetutamente disturbati da ragazzine probabilmente in vacanza scuola. Avviserei del possibile inconveniente

Great location, great staff and amazing breakfast!

The property was extremely central so it was the best way to visit Spoleto. The staff were always cordial and ready to help, cleanliness was amazing too! Breakfast was the highlight of my stay I think! Every day, at 7:30am there were vast options on what to eat: fruit yoghurts, fresh fruits, cereals, dry food with jams, Nutella, honey. And there were also meats and cheese, which I didn’t try as they were not part of my vegetarian diet. Fruit juices, hot water, milk and an extremely cordial staff always ready to make fresh coffees and cappuccinos!

The only “side note” is that they had the a sign in the bathroom around avoiding waste and basically to leave towels that I wished to wash on the floor and what I was okay keeping hanging. I followed the directions but everything got washed anyway. I don’t feel like it can be counted as a negative per se, as you can never be too clean especially in similar settings!

Adequate hotel for a couple of nights in a lovely town. Nice staff.

Simple, fresh breakfast.

Smell of smoke in the room and people going outside the fire door to smoke through the night.

Wonderful stay ... will be back!

Breakfast excellent. Location on a piazza ... beautiful setting. Very friendly staff ... and accomodating! The client comes first in this lovely hotel.

Cannot think of anything that they could improve!

Great small hotel in ideally situated Spoleto

Traditional small hotel with comfortable en suite rooms and good staff

The breakfast was good for an Italian hotel but Americans and North Europeans may find it has too many sweet items. However as I should stress, good for Italy and lovely friendly waiting staff.

One night was far to short

Charming hotel, wonderfully placed in the centre of Spoleto. Their car park was already full but the receptionist of super helpful and guided me to a small car park just around the corner. She also recommended and booked me into a beautiful restaurant for dinner. Couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10

Very friendly front desk staff who made our stay inviting and comfortable.

really nice!

after days of staying in bed and breakfasts, it was a delight to stay in a hotel with charming and helpful reception staff , a pleasant shared lounge , and an outdoor terrace. the room was very comfortable and everything worked as it should ( not so common) the pillows were lovely and soft - (rare in my experience) the hotel was really well placed to visit the town ( even for those with cars)

The Disco music from nearby until 2pm was really loud. Room #124 has no wifi. Do not advertise that wifi is available throughout. Get a wifi booster.

Good place to base yourself out of for touring Umbria.

Good location. Property had a parking garage that, while small, was convenient. Staff was helpful in providing dining recommendations.

Shower was a little moldy and did not automatically replenish body wash and shampoo.

It was a nice room inside a well located hotel, very close to the city center. We had a great breakfast and we could reserve the parking even during the day after for half price.

Location is excellent, just a few walk steps far from the town center. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable for a Family of 4 adults. Staff was nice and polite. They gave us good advise for dinner and the places to visit. They also have parking facility. Highly recommended

Location was good parking onsite friendly staff

Hotel was not open on our booking dates . We were only given notice less than 24 hrs prior to arrival so had little time to cancel or make alternate arrangements . The hotel put us up in one of their apartments . Poor quality , poor furnishings , holes in curtain .... We would have chosen to stay elsewhere had we known in advance

Exceptional

Sadly we has to cancel our trip due to the Coronavirus outbreak. The hotel gave us a voucher for the room since I booked without possibility of cancellation. They were extremely kind and understanding in this very difficult time fir the Italia tourism and economy. I cannot wait to use that voucher and visit the hotel. Thanks again for all your help Hotel Charleston.
