* 24/7 reception, which is very convenient for late arrivals or early departures.
* Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.
* Excellent location, just a short walk from Napoli Garibaldi Station, with easy access to trains, the metro, buses, and taxis.
* Convenient connection to Naples Airport (the Alibus costs €5).
* The room is comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a city stay.
* Daily housekeeping service.
* The breakfast is quite basic and limited. It is sufficient, but it could definitely offer a wider variety of food options.
* There is no elevator, so you may need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs (depending on whether your room is on the first floor or the fourth floor).
* Soundproofing is poor. You can hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which can be disturbing, especially late at night or early in the morning.

Great location, super close to the bus and train station. Can walk to the Spanish Quarter and historic centre very easily. Staff were super helpful and the breakfast was a lovely inclusion.
No elevator but I don’t think you would expect one in this area 😃

Not recommended from safety point of view. Rubbery took place under my eyes in full day on the street.
