* 24/7 reception, which is very convenient for late arrivals or early departures.
* Friendly, helpful, and professional staff.
* Excellent location, just a short walk from Napoli Garibaldi Station, with easy access to trains, the metro, buses, and taxis.
* Convenient connection to Naples Airport (the Alibus costs €5).
* The room is comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything needed for a city stay.
* Daily housekeeping service.
* The breakfast is quite basic and limited. It is sufficient, but it could definitely offer a wider variety of food options.
* There is no elevator, so you may need to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs (depending on whether your room is on the first floor or the fourth floor).
* Soundproofing is poor. You can hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which can be disturbing, especially late at night or early in the morning.

Clean room and bedding. We had a quadruple room 194 but no wifi in main room. We were disappointed ☹️
No WiFi in our room (main room of quadruple room 104). We mentioned to man on the desk who promised he would phone someone to resolve but nothing happened and we heard nothing else, luckily we only stayed one night. The breakfast was very basic - nice coffee and friendly staff but cake tasted stale and eggs were looking very horrid.
