Absolutely nothing

Lots of green, nice pool area, beautiful structure. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially, hotel manager, Bar manager and restaurant managers were super diligent. Bar at the pool zone is a big plus.

Carpets make the hotel feel tired rather than classy, rooms furniture also needs renovation. One old and slow elevator only makes waiting times tedious, if you cannot add elevators to the building, better to at lest change the old elevator for a faster one. The restaurant inside was very worm, hard to enjoy dinner with a air conditioning system that could not manage the room temp. The pool bar is great, as a suggestion, it would be on the next level if you add waiter service to the pool areas, you would sell lots more and guests would enjoy the luxury experience, certainly willing to pay an extra euro or 2 per drink for such a service. Also adding more tables at the bar zone for lunch would fix the lack of tables at lunchtime which not only us but many guests were having. Nobody wants to have lunch on a sofa.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful. The grounds and space were also very hospitable and lovely. The staff were all kind and helpful. All spaces were clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful and bountiful.

The pool bar offers plastic cups to take to the poolside however, it would be nice if it came with some stuzzichini like they do if you stay at the bar.

It was a lovely place and with some investment and more trained staff could be again

Staff were not trained and not enough for a hotel that size. All seemed young and no training.
