Small hotel, quiet location in a walking distance from Ciampino railway station, from which there are frequent trains to Rome, taking just 15 minutes. Helpful owners and staff, nice Italian breakfast.
Some rooms on a ground floor with door and window opening to the parking space. A bit noisy in the evenings sometimes, but dead quiet at night.

the bed was comfortable, however, we didn’t like that there was just a sheet under the duvet rather than a duvet cover. the room was big and felt not very cozy. the bathroom was clean but awkward. the shower head wasn’t adjustable. the extraction fan went on and off. staff were nice and helpful, however, there wasn’t a night table lamp and I had to ask for one.
