Breakfast was superb , staff very friendly particularly Hayreddij and Kenan. Location brilliant for major sites, restaurants and public transport..2 easy changes and you're at the airport, not stuck in traffic.
People smoking on the breakfast terrace, but that's just Turkye.

Perfect location! Clean. People working there are very attentive and respectful. You may ask them about anything they will try their best to make you happy.
The buffet was excellent. Clean. The people are very polite and ready to make omelettes the way you want.
The breakfast room was very good. First- good views from the penthouse breakfast room. People are good and happy. They speak different languages.

Friendly staff, especially Mr Seçkin Kaya and Mr. Hayrettin in the restaurant. They used to provide everything to comfort us. God bless them. Also the location is excellent as it is close to everything. This was my second visit in two succesive years.

The senior chief of the restaurant/breakfast is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant has an excellent view.
1- Cleaning takes place at a specific time.
2- The lobby is neither air-conditioned nor tidy; it feels like a semi-abandoned area.
3- The rooms are very cramped, unlike what is shown in the photos.
5- The air conditioner's placement in the room is inconvenient and noisy.
6- There is no soundproofing.
7- Cleaning did not include the bathroom on many days.
8- There are no laundry services.
9- The towels are very old.
10- There is no variety at breakfast.
11- The curtains do not fully cover the windows.
12- The lighting is poor.
13- The minibar is small, and it lacks even the standard minimum amenities.
