Really nice room with a beautiful view over the pool and sea. Pool was excellent - thoroughly cleaned each morning. Breakfast was also very good. Staff very friendly all the way through our stay.
Slight issue with our shower which didn't drain properly - raised with reception and nothing happened. Meant we could only run the shower for less than a minute. Otherwise all good

The view from the balcony is magnificent. Do choose a room with a view of the sea!
The pool floor was really dirty and the people in charge of cleaning it early in the morning only did a third of it. Such a wonderful pool which should have proper cleaning ( maybe get a pool robot would be a good solution)

The pools were excellent as they had a big variety and the swimming pool was very large, excellent for doing laps. The staff was very kind. The dinner at the hotel was lovely as it was on the terrace with overlooking gorgeous use of Naples and the food itself was delicious. The rigatoni in eggplant sauce is highly recommended. Breakfast was nice as well especially sitting on the terrace overlooking the bay. The hotel offers direct access to the sea and during our stay in August the water was very nice however the shore is rocky and so there was only one entrance into the sea suitable only for a qualified and experience swimmers and probably not good for kids unless the sea is completely calm. The hotel is quite large and the private parking lot was very convenient.
The Wi-Fi is spotty as sometimes it works quite well and other times it turned off or didn’t work in certain locations. Also the cell reception wasn’t that great. In general, the hotel does look like you’re entering some sort of 1970s dystopian architectural freak escape. But just chalk that up to an expanded experience. There was one comment that the entrance to the sea was slimy and I must say that on one of the steps there was seagrass which did make the step slippery and so this is why I wouldn’t recommend the sea for kids unless they are competent. Even though the hotel and its environs seem quite safe and good, outside of the hotel the neighbourhood looked a bit rundown and coming through the city it looked even a little bit shady.

Not much to do in pm, bar hours poor in evening . Only pool bar during the day.
Restaurant shuts at 3 pm and only opens at 8 pm. Poor food availability at pool bar,
