Great spot to stay while visiting Herculaneum & Vesuvius

Nice room, great view, very good facilities - pool and beach. Lovely views over Bay of Naples, we had a very enjoyable sunset dinner at the terrace restaurant. Very convenient for Herculaneum and Vesuvius

The facilities are open to non-residents, so on a July weekend, the pool and beach were pretty mobbed. The food at the pool bar was pretty awful

Discovering Napoli

Great location, fantastic room with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Napoli and Capri, really pleasant and clean rooms, huge swimming pool, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with a 5 year old and lots of luggage and a pet, this was one of the nicest places we stayed in Europe.

Great Hotel just outside Naples

the hotel was beautiful, and right on the beach! We had a balcony with beautiful views of the beach, sea and islands in the bay.

bed was too soft, a memory foam mattress. This is just my personal opinion.

Very good

Big pool area and loads of pebble beach space. Breakfast options were excellent and the staff made the coffee on fresh on order. The reception ladies were wonderful and spoke good English. They are dog friendly which was very important for me.

The location is slightly difficult to reach by public transport. The AC in my room leaked due to humidity, but that's pretty common in most average hotels.

Loved the hotel , would definitely recommend , better if you have a car , excellent value for money

Breakfast was delicious and great selection . Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great hotel with a fantastic pool.the staff at the pool bar were great too.

Location was at least a 20 minute walk from the train station , no buses available and taxis are extortionate.

Great place to visit the area

The staff. Big rooms with a great view of the bay. Very good shower. Very good breakfast. Very good dinner at the restaurant.

Free parking, but not sufficient parking space. The elevator did not work.

Overall, a nice hotel just for a short stay as a solo traveller.

View from room good. Pleasant and helpful staff. Very pleased they could arrange for my laundry to be done on the premises, and arrange taxi service. Pleased that a restuarant was available for food during the day.

Balcony outside room too small. Prefered just the one big double bed in room. Would have liked access to the lift to get to my floor from the pool and reception area. Also would be so much nicer if the poolside bar stayed open at least until the view of the sunset happening at 8pm. Good income for the hotel too, as more people would enjoy a drink at the poolside bar while watching the beautiful view of sunset that the hotel has to offer.

Amazing stay , the staff was friendly and helpful with everything. they have a pool , gym , restaurant/gym. Arianna staff member helped us with everything from bookings ,taxi’s etc

I did nt like the fact it’s a 4 star hotel the pool is in fact open to the public for 2 euro entrance so you have no chance of a quiet day round the pool On the Saturday and Sunday it was carnage

Ercolano and the areas between Naples and Sorrento are bordering on third world.

Dinners at the Restaurant, excellent menu and service

Breakfast staff a little slow at providing clean cutlery, too busy talking to each other. The pool area is often monopolised by day tripping locals that are generally very boisterous unpleasant people.

The hotel was a haven away from noisy, hostile Naples. And yet close enough that one could dip into the city or enjoy the surrounding areas of Pompeii and Herculaneum, etc.

Location, the nearest shop is at least a 15 min walk. The sea is barely reachable.

The dinner was great. The breakfast, the beautiful view of the sea, and the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. My wife loved the surprise that you prepared for her.

Beautiful view, and good location for visiting Vesuv and Pompeji

The breaktfast was limited. One of our girls had a significant cut on her heel from the steps to the pool and needed 12 stiches. The personel were helpful in getting us to the nearest hospital, but the hotel did not compensate us in any way, which was disappointing as the rest of the vacation was ruined as she could not swim or walk.

Beautiful stay

It’s an old hotel, that has its charm . Some furniture, glass frames on pictures in rooms are damaged and need to be fixed/ updated . But, overall the property is very clean and pleasant . The hair dryer in the bathroom is totally antique- very interesting, but doesn’t do the job , may be on someone with a very thin or no hair - it would 😂. Private beach and pool area are awesome . The staff at the bar (pool area) - very nice and eager to please . Reception staff - very professional and will take care of every issue, problem , request you might have . Felt very secure having so many people helping me.
