The place was very nice, 2 minutes away from the mini market and 7 minutes going to the spiaggia libera.
It was quiet far away from the train station, buses was like not existing. If you have a private car its okay but for public transportation going to station you need to walk like 20-25mins to portici-ercolano 😅 not good for elderly and with a toddlers.

The room was comfortable, clean and very well equipted. It was close to the water/beach and had a very nice view. Our hostess was very nice and always reachable and the room was turned down and cleaned every morning.
It was far from the train station, about 25 minutes walk and far from main supermarkets. The beach was close but mostly dirty. After 10PM it is impossible to get anywhere with public transport, and there is no night life in Ercolano.

Big room, clean and quite
The hosts didn't specify directly about self check in and extra charges. It's written at the very end of the page on booking. When we contacted them for later check in, they replied us 10 days later when we couldn't cancel without penalty fees. When we tried to talk with them about it, they didn't even try to help us or understand.
