The hotel room was clean and it didn’t smell. The air conditioning worked well. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the metro train station. The train trip into Madrid was easy to navigate. The surrounding area had a very safe and pleasant feel to it. There was multiple cafes within a 15 minute walk. There were lots of green walking spaces within a 5 minute walk.

Cleanliness was good
We stayed at this hotel last November with our dog and it was amazing . Our dog was allowed to sit beneath our breakfast table. He is an extremely well behaved dog and absolutely no trouble. But this year when we stayed 20/08/26 it was very different . We were not permitted to have breakfast with our dog anywhere even on a table outside on the terrace!! Our dog could not be left in the room as he is very nervous and would bark. Instead I had breakfast alone whilst my husband sat outside with the dog . We felt very let down and disappointed. Therefore I have just cancelled our next stay there on 28th October and I will not be staying again . Please can you not advertise this hotel as dog friendly if it is not . As dog owners we are very respectful of hotels and understand the policy , but this was just not dog friendly enough . I feel this should be mentioned on booking.com before booking !!
