It is convenient with good parking

The hotel is very noisy with paperthin walls which don't allow ANY privacy. Food in the adjoining cafe is of good quality , but not available until quite late Breakfast service was appalling. Poor choice of cold food only. Pastries were stale and dried out

ok if you just really want to spend only one night

the room was very big as well as the bathroom. the bed was comfortable. it’s ok if you’re looking just for a place to sleep and stay one night

hotel is slightly outdated but for the value of money it’s ok. staff is nice but it would be nice if when someone speaks in English and if they know how to speak it they could try to communicate in the same language as we were speaking, for more than once we’ve talked in English and just got all answers in Spanish. not a problem for us because we understand a bit of Spanish but for those who only know English as first language might slightly difficult to understand. Also, we saw in our room and also here on booking that breakfast wasn’t include, and the price would be 7.50€ per person. for some reason we were charged 8.00€ per person at the reception - it’s just 0.50€ but transparency would’ve been better.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room nice size and quiet, bed very comfortable.

The 1 long pillow on the bed is not very good for sleeping so got a second one so that my husband and I could sleep how is is comfortable for us.but prefer a normal oblong shape. The hotel only had long double pillows. We were disappointed that there was no food available, we had been travelling all day and wanted to eat a hot meal then go to bed but the restaurant next door attached to the hotel didnt open till 21.00h it appears that all the restaurants nearby were also closed till late too despite saying on their website open all day. The pool wasn't open so didn't get to use it either

We've been before, but this stay wasn't up to previous standard

Room was comfortable, but the bathroom was cramped. The adjoining restaurant was fine, but staff would NOT charge credit card in Euros, in spite of my requesting EVERY time. It was always charged in Sterling

The aircon wasn't working too well and too late to do something. Some instructions would help

Location was perfect for walks into and around Badajoz.

Swimming pool wasn't open yet (11th April), weather was very hot and would have been lovely to lounge by the pool

It was only a one night stay so it was bearable.

The rooms are all divided by dry wall partitions and we could hear the lady in the room next door in the bathroom as well as toilets flushing and the water from the shower.

Friendly staff, large clean room, large clean bathroom with shower and bath. Good heating system for cold winter stay. Easy free parking behind the hotel, short walk over bridge to old city centre.

Room not well soundproofed, lighting in room not great. Cafeteria meal quite basic but edible.

Affordable hotel with good location and free parking

Great location and free parking. Spacious and comfortable rooms.

It's getting old, needs some renovation. The room soundproofing wasn't good.

it was ok spoilt by checkout

it’s great , convenient , nice room .

there was a discussion about the price and whether I’d paid the bill or not .. I booked thru booking.com and thought I had paid .The reception guy chased me out to my car .. Then what I had to pay was 10 more euros than I thought I had booked it for .. Spoilt my stay ..When I booked in , the receptionist put points on my card and told me it was all done .Then in the morning a different story
