Good location

In need of some TLC Reception staff struggled with book us in which ended up taking ages. This is our first experience of any difficulties having used this hotel many times

Comfy bed, good shower although would prefer walk in shower, clean room standard. Very warm took half the night to get cool even with windows open and a/c turned low. Breakfast shocking, No warm food except toast when I arrived and only came out after I had finished eating toast and cold food, no way of knowing there was going to be anything warm as the chafing dish was empty. The worst part however was the lack of a bar, restaurant or anything at night, it was as if they were closed for winter

My request for an accessible room was much appreciated.

The check in , it was really long to make is like every machine don’t work in the time maybe because every machine is a litlle to old , after I stay in a room , in front of the gas station which was shit because the mosquites were a lot and the lights at the gas station were very strong by the Window
