We liked the beds. Breakfast was good. Nice pool.
Difficult to communicate as most of the staff didn't speak English. I had an attitude problem from the girl at reception, think her name was Rossio, when I asked her if she spoke English, or French. Her reply was : do you speak Spanish?! I actually speak, English, Dutch, Flemish, French and Portuguese!!! So this attitude did not go down very well. We had further problems with this girl at Dinner time when she mixed up my order with a nearby table... I ended up NOT receiving my main course choice at all!!! Her excuse was, I told the lady on the other table.... she just got orders mixed up.
I should also mention that shower tiling needs a lot of attention and cleaning. The toilet is positively dangerous!!! Cracks all over and it is amazing it doesn't leak. Serious accident waiting to happen! (pictures of shower and toilet attached) A hotel should have staff that speaks at least 1 extra language...Also we think the hotel did not have enough staff, as the people from reception also had to do breakfast and dinner!

Todo fue genial muy buen trato lo único por poner una pega íbamos con todo incluido pero a la hora de pedir solo podíamos menú y solo había un par de platos para pedir pedí de segundo carne con patatas y venían tres trocitos de carne uno de pollo otro ternera y otro de cerdo pero como una cuarta parte del filete pero bueno lo demás bien
