We specially appreciated to stay in a bedroom with a couple bed and close to the elevator as we had asked before thé trip.

The location was very good and the property was kept in good order. The room was a nice size plus a balcony and had a very nice view of the pool area with sea in the background.
Where do I start? We booked this hotel to celebrate my wife’s 64th birthday. I paid for a celebration package which consisted of a bottle of cava, a few chocolates and bits of fruit, plus pool towels & robes. However, the robes and pool towels were of no use as they had decided to close the pools and close the wellness centre for no explained reason. The crazy thing was they still removed the pool surrounds each day and had a lifeguard in place looking after ‘nobody’ at all! I did manage to negotiate a bottle of wine in compensation but they would not allow me to have it on the day of my wife’s birthday - goodness knows why!!
Reviews on the buffet restaurant were very also very misleading. I found the food to be particularly uninteresting, boring choices and pretty tasteless throughout. It was a good job there was a microwave because everything was almost cold. I wish now that I saved my money and gone elsewhere for evening meals. Aside from all that, the whole stay was ruined by the extremely noisy children and their uncaring parents everywhere we went in the hotel. The noise was particularly deafening in the buffet restaurant to the extent that I had to leave because of the onset of a major headache. Everywhere we turned it was just unsupervised noisy groups of 10 or 12 children running around doing whatever they wanted. It was more like a school playground than a classy hotel.
I was so pleased in the end just to leave the hotel and go home.
