Great location. Excellent service.

There is no place to put the towel in the shower area. When you turn on or off the light of the bathroom three other lights are also turn on or off.

Nice comfortable room Cheerful staff Spotless Easy parking Good breakfast Comfy beds Aircon reasonably quiet.

Ourense isnt really a tourest location. Not many good places to eat and drink Quite hilly. Hot as hell when we were there. Not pretty.

Location

Work being completed meant floor smelled with strong odour although not in room we wasn't informed about this beforehand Room had no room for luggage especially as we were staying 7 nights, limited hanging room only 1 drawer, long coats dragged on shelf limiting more room for storage, old sliding door hinge was left on floor very dangerous, Not Impressed, had to pay City Tax although by staying there a week we are bringing money into the city, Hotel should cover for stays over 2 nights
