Loved the hotel and the room assigned to me. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a festival going on in the town.
There was nothing that concerned or did not please me. I thought everything was handled very well by the staff. In fact, this is my second visit with this particular hotel. I stayed here 4 years ago.

Excellent location, free parking in underground park with lift access to each floor. Clean, large room with mini fridge, helpful pleasant reception staff. Short walk to main Plaza with restaurants, surrounded by buildings of historic interest.
Bed needed better linen especially a mattress cover not just a fitted sheet.
Everything else good.
