Less than two blocks to the nearest taxi stand, Peruvian food directly across from the hotel front door, the best cookies and unsalted pistachios maybe 100 ft up from that, a very, very good café/healthy breakfast option also. I had an açaí bowl with fruit stuffed on top… sometimes you just have to get out from under all that meat.
The museum of evolution is one block away the bridge over the river, less than that and the throbbing heart of the cathedral Plaza less than a five minute walk

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Location is great for all the best central sites in Burgos and close to the Camino. Check-in was efficient and the main features of the room were fine, including a well functioning air-conditioning system. The breakfast at €11 per person is good value and starts from 7 am which is great if you are walking the Camino. The staff are friendly, but one felt they were constrained in helping customers by the limited facilities available in the hotel.
For the price, I felt that the hotel should offer better facilities in the room such as tea and coffee making and also should have been able to provide a working safe in the room. The one in ours was not operational and although we were offered the hotel safe that is not the same service. Small maintenance level issues should be addressed such as the plug not working in the room’s bathroom basin. We were also concerned at the lack of reception level security outside business working hours - it seemed that anybody could enter the hotel.

Location was excellent
Rooms were very tired and with no air conditioning or fan.

Location was perfect, just few meters from the city center. All main touristic attractions were close by.
Staff was appreciative and attended all the questions and helped us with the parking.
The hotel needs a renovation. The facilities are outdated and rooms were small and we had no view just a dirty inner courtyard.
The price was high for the quality of the hotel.
