Nice views of the old city and adjacent Catholic school campus. I sense that they get a lot of tour groups.
It lacks a little warmth and the decor and the staff ( except Jesus and breakfast team was great)

The hotel and location was good.
The check in gentlman was surly and made us feel we were a chore.
No water or coffee facilities in bedroom, standard nowadays and expected in a 4 star hotel. No glasses in bedroom for drinks.
Coffee vending machine in reception which you had to pay for.
