Excellent séjour à Tolede

Hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes à pieds du vieux Tolede - avec parking privé Chambre en soupente très confortable Pas de bruit Super petit déjeuner Dame à l accueil très sympathique

Hôtel très décevant, pas top

Situation très bonne. A l'arrivée en voiture possibilité de se garer devant l'hotel pour décharger la voiture. Nous avons pris l'option du parking par l'hotel, cela coûte 16€ par nuit. Un voiturier se charge d'aller garer la voiture et si on en a besoin il suffit de demander 20mn avant et vous avez votre voiture.

Pour un 3 étoiles, la chambre petite. Pas de volets à la fenêtre ;un rideau occultant avec des voilages pas facile à fermer. La SDB vieillotte avec baignoire, fuite au WC. Nous sommes restés deux nuits. La chambre n'a pas été faite. J'ai demandé à la réception et la dame m'a dit qu'ils avaient jusqu'à quinze heures pour le faire. Nous sommes partis manger et à notre retour la chambre n'avait pas été faite. J'ai du demander du papier toilette car il n'y en avait plus dans la chambre et on me l'a donné à la réception, une honte... Petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur d'un trois étoiles. Lamentable.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones comodas y muy correctas.

El hotel está muy bien, y la ubicación es muy cercana al caso antiguo y a la plaza de toros. Tiene parking en el hotel, con costo extra. Nosotros lo utilizamos, pero sino se podria estacionar a unas 4 o 5 cuadras gratis. Por 13 hrs preferimos la comodidad del parking del hotel.

Fantástica

Habitación amplia, limpia, equipo atento y listo, llegué con prisa porque tenía un city tour y salí con prisa porque tomaría el tren, agilizaran todo y me ayudaron con el taxi. Además guardaron mis maletas después del check out.

Great hotel in a good location with parking

The hotel was lovely. Friendly staff. The room and ensuite were clean and the bed was comfortable. The self service buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and the breakfast room was light and bright. Parking was a definite bonus for us. We would all be really happy to stay again.

Sabor agridulce.

Que está reformado y nuevecito todo. La ubicación era buena, y habia facilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores (zona azul/naranja). El agua de la ducha salia con bastante presion, y bastante caliente los colchones eran cómodos.

Importante: llamad y comprobad que el aire acondicionado estará disponible antes de reservar!! El hotel está reformado y pra el invierno estará genial puesto que mantiene mucho el calor. Hemos ido en plena ola de calor y, nos dicen que, como no es ni verano ni invierno el aire esta desactivado. La opcion que me dieron (antes de tener que sugerirles yo cambio de habitación por una con menos sol) fue que si queria podia anular la reserva e irme (y quedarme durmiendo en la calle). Resulta que, cuando reservas si que pone que el hotel tiene aire acondicionado, pero la mujer que me atendió me dijo que en algunsitio en booking lo ponia, como detalle en letr pequeña que "habia que leer", a pesar de que yo le enseñé 3 sitios donde ponia que, en las especificaciones del aire acondicionado no dice nada de "por temporadas". No hay servicio de habitaciones. No hay ni cafetera ni infusiones en la habitación. El mueble bar está vacío. No hay ni ventanas ni extractor en el baño. Los televisores no son smart TV.

Zona del restaurante y buffet muy bonita. Decoración en general muy acorde a lo que esperas ver de la ciudad de Toledo. Destacar la comodidad de las camas y la amplitud del baño.

Eché en falta acondicionador y crema corporal. Por el tipo de hotel supuse que tendrían en el baño. Poco insonorizado con pasillo y habitación contigua.

Would not stay again. Have never been to a hotel where you could‘not get a drink of any kind.

NO CORRESPONDE CON EL ESTANDARD DE LA MAYORIA DE LOS HOTELES DE 4*, EN LA SALA DE DESAYUNO FONCCIONAN SOLOS UN 60 % DE LAS BOMBILLAS.

Lovely hotel near to the old town

Great location just outside of the old town. The hotel had large bedrooms, they were clean and comfortable and the staff welcoming.

Very relaxing and everything was convenient.

We were in the Attic room so the view was only out a high window. The room was quiet, clean and daily serviced. Breakfast was mostly continential but had Bacon and Eggs. Plenty of choice offered. Staff were brilliant and very helpful.

There was no pool and it was 44 degrees outside. it was within 2minutes of a bus service which cost €1.40 to get to the city centre. You could walk there in 15 mins but it was too hot. Only reduced the stars because of no pool. Air con in room was brilliant.

The view is horrible. Far from the historic center. The breakfast is really poor. This hotel is more a 3 stars than a 4.

Superb

A well maintained hotel with big rooms and lovely staff. 10 minutes waking from Toledo's old city.

In a 4* hotel, my expectation is to have a copy machine or at least a cattle.

Location and parking are excellent. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

We’ve stayed here twice now and the rooms do not have very good air con. The breakfast was not good the first time but we thought maybe this was a blip! This time it was awful…..rock hard fried eggs, uncleared tables, food not refreshed or topped up. Breakfast staff not very interested or very visible. Requested fresh eggs and two were cooked but the rock hard eggs were not removed from the buffet……not very clean surrounding at breakfast.

Large room but only one hard chair for 2 people. There was plenty of room for an additional, comfortable chair suitable for reading etc.

For a 4 star hotel such things are not acceptable for me.

Very good location, close to the city center

No drinking water in the room, the air-conditioning didn’t work. It was hot in the room. The room was loud - near the street. When I came for the breakfast (one hour before the end) there was lack of juice or scrambled eggs etc. and the staff didn’t bring new ones.
