Beautiful building, beautifully furnished and decorated. Staff friendly and helpful. Swimming pools lovely. Breakfast delicious and plentiful. Location excellent one of the best hotels I've stayed in

Location was great! Loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It is truly beautiful and full of character. It was perfectly located at the city wall with a parking garage nearby and the escalator next to it.
The air conditioner in our room was in poor condition and was unable to cool the room very well. We didn’t sleep well because the room was so warm at night.
