Very central and spacious apartment. Cleaners were fab. Facilities were great too.

-My sister got druged at a pub closeby. When we arrived back to the hotel we got no help at all from the reception. They just told me to be quiet. When a guard arrived he also told me to be quiet (my sister couldnt stand at all and was sleeping on the floor cuz of the sleeping pills).
Some help from the staff would have been appriciated (help a customer in that scenary is normal sense!!!).

Reasonable sized apartment and we liked location
So tired - old kitchen and old bathroom which was fine when it’s was £400 a week but it isn’t
Invest in the properties pls
