Super friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and excellent location - easy access to everything Mykonos has to offer without being either too remote or in the middle of the liveliness of Mykonos town.

The hotel is nice, nothing luxurious, the view is so so, it overlooks the port and cruise ships. Breakfast was nice. The gym is ok. However the hotel did not look or feel 5 star to me, more like private accomodation with the pool and no umbrellas.
Best way to go to Old Port (town) is by city bus - 2 eur per person per way. It departs every hour till 12 A.M. Hotel taxy is 30 eur per way and takes 5 minutes to get there.
In August is very hot by the pool, since it is windy almost every day most of the days it is not possible to put umbrellas up so you are in the sun all day. One day out of four that we stayed we had to beg for umbrella and they put them up around noon. We had to ask 4 times for the waiters to do it (after breakfast, than after some other thing they need to do - I mean what is more important than the guests? Other hotels close by had umbrellas up all day…probably the position of hotel is less windy. The hotel should find different ways to make shade because this is not working.
The personel was ok, not a 5 star treatment.

The view
Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a five-star property.
The rooms were outdated and not adequately clean, and the towels were noticeably old and worn. Breakfast was not offered as a buffet but instead had to be ordered from a limited menu, which remained the same every day with very little variety.
The condition and maintenance of the room were also disappointing. Part of the flooring was broken and created a potential safety hazard, as I nearly tripped and fell. In addition, the drainage in both the sinks and shower was extremely poor, causing water to accumulate rather than drain properly. This was unhygienic and very unpleasant.
Overall, based on the condition of the rooms, cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, and breakfast service, the hotel did not meet five-star expectations. In my experience, the overall standard was closer to that of a three-star hotel
