It was very clean!
I ordered a suite, and was surprised and disappointed to find out it's on the 1st floor. Even though it was a great room, it had no park view as mentioned, and was right on the street with a bit of noise from cars.
Other than that, it was all great.

Nice, big hotel, close to the center and metro stop. Comfortable bed, huge balcony.. Great stuff, they updated us for free in better room.
The toilet should be renovated. They still have old baths and when you shower a lot of water ends up on the floor.

The opportunity to have an Acropolis View Room, with an extra large balcony. The pool area is very modern. Staff were very kind and helpful on reception/luggage services. Not the same at breakfast or in the pool area some staff were quite direct and kept removing our breakfast plates before we were finished. Reception kindly arranged for drinks to celebrate our special occasion which was very appreciated. Kettle was spotless! Sheets were clean and bed was large and comfortable. Dressing gowns provided was a big bonus!
The front swing door was out of action and rotating door the only option. The hotel itself is quite dark, the decor in the room was tired with wallpaper peeling off, for an upgraded room we had a very cheap shower head unit, the bedroom door was extremely thin and cheap which didn’t make us feel safe and we could hear noise outside. The dining area for breakfast was not well organised. With 4 different areas to get buffet food from there was only 1 area for plates to be collected from which was frustrating and unnecessary. The A La Carte Menus were all dirty and laminated so only needed to be wiped down? Dated dark colours and all of the seating benches were too low down for tables making it hard to dine. Cups and glasses in the room were not very clean and we re did this before using.
