Tiny cramped room. Smelly hallway sprayed with deodorants from automatic dispensers every five minutes.

Pas grand chose franchement mis à part qu il est à 20mn à pied de l acropole mais le métro est pas loin puis ça fait visiter

Room was ok but nothing special.
Nothing says you're cutting corners than paper and plastic ups (no coffee/tea cups no water or wine glasses) and a plastic kettle. The rooms and hallways were musty and might need a carpet cleaning. The work out room was small but without mirrors in the mat station. Overall it did not seem close to a 4-star rating.

L’emplacement laisse à désirer… quartier très éloigné du centre (10’ en taxi minimum) et à part la pizzeria à côté pas de restaurant typique etc.
15’ à pied du muséum national et d’un joli parc tout de même.
Rien à dire sur l’établissement nickel et aux standards Novotel. Repas du soir très bon. Nous n’avions pas pris le petit dej sur place. Personnel adorable.
Une bonne adresse si on n’a pas besoin d’être proche des sites de visites et on ne craint pas le quartier malfamé. Déçus à ce sujet car nous avions lu sur booking 900m de l’acropole mais en réalité il y a bien la vue (qu’on a de partout en fait !) mais on est à 1km du métro et ensuite 2 stations de l’Acropole donc environ 20’. Il faut le savoir !

le petit déjeuner, le personnel serviable et adorable.
le quartier à éviter absolument (drogués, prostituees, immeuble délabrés…) et la moquette + le canapé aussi vieux que l’hôtel dans les chambres si bien que mon fils a déclaré des allergies ! (d’habitude il n’en a pas)

The paint in the hallway is chipped everywhere and the carpet and the walls really seemed dirty!

The location wasn’t amazing- some of the surrounding neighbourhoods are bad but ok if you walk in the right direction- you have to know where to go

Really nice hotel. The rooftop pool and bar was particularly impressive. Excellent views.
The location is really very bad. There is quite a lot of homelessness and drug use in the surrounding streets. I would recommend getting a taxi to and from the door of the hotel. Luckily Athens taxis are very reasonably priced.

modern tidy friendly staff and great coffee
the location is a bit dodgy after dark and weekends especially Sunday. just catch taxi back to hotel don’t walk even though it is walking distance to (about 25 minutes) to main part of Athens

Everything was perfect regarding the rooms, the laundry service, the swimming pool, the dinner (once), the breakfast (kids and us loved it), and the transfers to/from the airport.
Nothing to be changed for a wonderful stay with kids
The location is close enough from the archaeological sites (Acropolis, Roman agora etc...), but not exactly in the extra center of Athens.
Kids (6 and 10) managed to walk with us every day, but a few areas you have to walk through from the hotel to these "tourists" sites (museums, Plaka / Monastiraki / Psiri neighborhoods etc...) are not so nice.
But this is not due to the hotel, rather to the Subprimes crisis and COVID crisis that happened in the last 15 years.

The staff were nice, especially in the on site restaurant.
We specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop (pool & restaurant/bar) terrace views only to check in and find entire rooftop is closed for off season and you cannot even have a look up there. I don’t mind the pool/bar being closed but it wouldn’t been nice to at least walk around & see the views that sold us on this hotel.

Rooms are decent, has nice swimming pool and roof top bar.
location of hotel is not that great. Hotel did not provide basic dental kit, Iron Box nor bathroom slippers.
entire Hotel has a centralised Air conditioning. We were not able to reduce the temp of the room. We booked in the month April, weather was cold and room was heated up for the entire day. We had no option to reduce the temp.
The staff advised to open the windows if the room feels over heated.

Wasn't really anything to like other than the Property top management who were kind enough to listen to all our complaints and tried to help us by addressing as many as possible
Location was in an unpopular and unsafe district
Our room was in a bad condition and not fit to be leased out

It was a nice room the housekeeping always came and cleaned leaving us with fresh towels and a made bed .. the staff was more than kind
Me and my family went is early spring Late March and it was getting a little hot in Greece the in room fan and thermometer didn’t seem to work our room was very hot and stuffy … no matter how cold we set it too and how high the fan was it was always hot and humid

we loved our stay in Novotel , especially there are Arabian and Bangladeshi halal restaurant about 5 minute walking distance from our hotel . food were nice . there are many Bangladeshi people lived and running business near the hotel they were really helpful and its makes me feel that I am walking around in London . great feeling . loved Novotel

Staff was super friendly.
There was hair in my sink, and room smell all 3 days on humidity. Also there was a minibar, but empty.

the location, pretty far from the main area and whopping area whereas its in a neighborhood with not alot of stuff to do
