The building is modern, the flat is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony and everything that you need to have an amazing stay in Athens. The staff was outstanding and provided an over the top service that makes you feel a super guest. Nearby there is an off-licence shop and lovely breakfast bar open 7 days a week.
So whilst I loved the place, I need to point out that the location is not recommended for families or women if you like to walk. If you are planning to take a taxi is ok and it could be very convenient and easy to move around. But walking in the neighbourhood at night is not an experience suitable for anyone (we were 4 guys in our 40s and even for us was extremely unsafe to walk some areas by day and night, we walked over 100km across Athens). Of course It is not the hotel fault, but just make sure to keep in mind that. Use a taxi

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Fresh towels whenever you needed them. Coffee pods and washing pods were replaced when needed. The apartments were spacious.
The location has been criticised in some older reviews, but the area has a few big hotels, great restaurants and the price matches its location. Neither me nor my partner had any issues with the area. Athens is not a pretty city like Paris, London or Edinburgh. It is very functional ( other than the obvious archeological sites ) and the cityscape reflects that.
The food is great and not expensive. The apartment is about 20 to 25 minutes from a great area where there are loads of bistros ( google maps for Ag. Anargiron). Very lively at night and the atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed. A great holiday in September 2026.
A better set of photos of the pool area. We knew it was not going to be big. It has a long narrow infinity pool … Great! It only has three sun loungers. Ah! It also has 4 chairs and there is no space for more, so that’s it. Better photos if that area would have been appreciated. A minor point though.

The apartment was clean and well spaced out. It was a great interior and well suited for our family.
The water heater was not working 3 out of the 4 nights. The staff came in and said they fixed it after the first night, but then nights 3 and 4 we had no hot water. With the maintenance crew not available after 5, the staff was unable to do anything about it after we spend all day out in Athens and came back to cold water.
The WiFi was also horrible. After 9pm our shows were constantly buffering when we tried to stream. I took my phone off Wi-Fi just so I could access and download a movie on my iPad.
We were also told by almost every taxi driver that picked us up or dropped us off to be careful at night and to not walk around the area due to pickpockets and other dangerous people around.
