A bit old, noisy when opening the window for ventilation. Breakfast was very basic.

Clean and comfortable lodging within easy drive of Bad Staffelstein and surrounding areas. Friendly staff and enjoyable dining experience. Ample parking close to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the main station and easy to find. The breakfast was good with reasonable choices. The staff were friendly.
The bedroom was very plain, no pictures or any decoration to cheer it up. The corridor was the same. It felt very dirty. Others have mentioned the noise of the crows and pigeons which are unavoidable. The bathroom looked pleasant but the shower doors did not hold in any of the water which went all over the bathroom floor. The bed was uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was harsh and not welcoming.
