Great hotel for a small family. Nice staff. Clean. Comfortable. While next to a busy road, extremely quiet.
Very little to complain about. The hotel is in a little bit of an industrial area. But very close to restaurants and very quiet. So, nothing to complain about.

1. They claim soundproof rooms - not true, you hear everyone in the neighbouring rooms through the walls
2. The fact, that the reception is not available 24 hours a day, but only till 22:00 is something beyond my comprehension. What if anything happens during the night between 22:00 - 06:00 when there is no hotel stuff available at all? What if you come back later to your room and you find out that due to a system error (rooms openable with a code) you cannot open the room? Shall you then sleep in the corridor? What if due to such an error you do not get to enter the hotel at all (main door is also closed for the night and openable with a code)? Shall you then sleep in your car as long you came with one or go under the bridge?
3. When I first came to my room the bathroom stunk like a cesspool. Apparently the room has not been used for a while and noone even checked it before my stay and let the water run a bit, as after a day of use it became better.
4. The fact that the cleaning stuff does not even check the rooms at least for the fact if one needs towels exchanged or soap refilled unless you argue about it at reception is a joke (they typically look into the rooms every 2 or 3 nights if you don't order it daily, virtue signaling that it is because they are so environment friendly). Then still after complaining about the towels, while they started to check and change them daily, the soap has not been checked whether it is running out. Either the cleaning stuff does not know how to do their job and has to be micro-managed or the standards B&B has as a "hotel" are just dramatically low
