Excellent location, well presented and sound proof rooms, friendly helpful staff , excellent housekeeping, and a good breakfast.
Hot food offering for breakfast could be improved upon both in terms of presentation and variety. As currently displayed it is not at all appetising and does not look fresh.

none but I keep asking for Iron all the time and it was all barrow so maybe need to track so it can be utilized by someone need it

The location was great and the rooms were perfectly comfortable. The rooms themselves were clean and the beds relatively comfortable.
The self check-in was not working and there was only one member of staff. The reception area looked an absolute mess with cables everywhere.

The conference rooms were well lit and equipped and the right size for our particular needs.
There was an unpleasant odour in the ensuite bathroom. The bar area was small and not particularly comfortable.
