Staff were exceptional .....went out of their way to be helpful. Bar man from El Salvador was great as was lady on Reception. So helpful and pleasant

Staff were helpful and the conservatory bar was really nice. The room was quiet at night despite being opposite the train station.
The room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner. The socket near the mirror was broken. The rooms are very small. The train station has a lot of beggars around and if we had known there had been a football match on also, we wouldn't have chosen the hotel as there were hoards of people drinking and shouting all day (thankfully not at night).
