Room was lovely and reception was great
Staff on breakfast were poor and chewing gum on our table stuck between the salt and pepper was a let down

Lovely large comfortable bed, plenty of pillows.
Nice large bathroom, with a good shower. Room was plenty big enough, with a large TV.
Didn't eat at the hotel, so can't comment on the food.
Location wise, it was a 35 minute walk into the city centre, along a footpath set back from the road.
Bus into city ran from just behind the hotel, returned along the same route.
We walked in, and got a taxi back later quite easily, which cost us £8, which I thought was quite reasonable.
If you stay here, ask for a room at the back of the hotel, as the road at front is quite busy, and you could hear each passing vehicle quite easily. Windows didn't seem to seal very well, at least from our room.

Very comfortable hotel, lovely reception and lobby area. Very chill vibe. Food was very good in the Library bar and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me, with no traffic and ample parking. I was also able to have a nice 2k walk into the city centre. I have stayed before and will be back again.

Breakfast room is bright and airy. Staff are nice.
The breakfast was "institutional" quality. Mass produced of basic quality and presentation. Hot plates wee over-cooked and left sitting out too long. Cereal choice was "packaged", fresh fruit selection was very limited and coffee was just passable.
Guest bathrooms present as rarely checked for cleanliness and hygiene checks. Both cubicles in the gents foyer were very dirty. Very poor.
