Correcte, una mica justet.

La tranquil·litat i el silenci a la nit.

Que l'habitació no tenia finestra, només al lavabo i per tant té molt poca llum. Que no hi ha penjadors al lavabo per penjar les tovalloles. Que només hi ha una tauleta de nit. Em demanat una habitació amb dos llits separats i si, ho és, però els llits són de 90cm., massa petits.

La ubicación

La limpieza, el WC estaba sucio. La habitación de los niños no tenía luz. Se oye ruido del piso de arriba cuando andan.

Todo Perfecto.

Camas muy cómodas, habitación muy limpia, baños reformados y muy limpios también. La verdad que estuvimos muy agusto. Lo recomiendo 100% . Además muy próximo a centro comercial.

Un hotel ideal para trabajadores

Que tuviera parquing gratuïto para el coche delante del hotel.

La habitación, pues era pequeña, por no tener, no tenia ni un armario para guardar la ropa.

Small hotel situated in area with a few similar travel lodge style hotels. Clean room with odd layout but OK for overnighter pre flights for a family of 5. 3min drive from large shopping centre. About 10min drive from town centre and 15 mins from airport. Only issue was air con wasn't very powerful, otherwise perfectly adequate

Overnight stay on our way home to England

For a stopover on the way home to England, the hotel met all our expectations. The receptionist on arrival was very helpful and spoke very good English. The room was cosy, with not a lot of room around the bed but the bathroom was spaced out well. It has a separate shower area, separate toilet and sink. All lights were on motion so there was wastage if left on too long. Breakfast was a very good selection for a small hotel, including a facility to boil an egg! The communal areas were very clean and well presented. There was a restaurant located opposite the hotel which offered great meals at good prices.

For a stopover hotel there was nothing we did not like.

Unsure whether I would stay again

Friendly and helpful staff

Booked into a room next to a loud mouthed drunk. We had to bang on the wall multiple times for him to be quiet but it didn’t work. After midnight he then put his tv on and as the sound proofing in the hotel is non existent we stayed awake most of the night. Next day Simon the manager?? said he thought the guy next door would be a problem !! Why on earth would he put us next door to him ?? Heidi on reception next day was very helpful and moved us to a quiet room for our next night.

when you offer air conditioning, offer air conditioning. Don’t give me a story that it’s company policy to turn it off,

it was where I needed to be.

The room was so hot other hotel guests were fainting from the heat.

Moderately Pleasant Stay

Brit Hotel Porte d'Espagne is in a fantastic location for those who have a car, like ourselves and are travelling through Perpignan as it has a vast parking space, free of charge and the hotel is located near to essential roads. The room and facilities were cleaned daily and the cleaner was extremely friendly towards us, greeted us with a smile and said hello! The bathroom facilities were excellent, especially the shower that offered a hand held option or overhead. A recommendation of restaurants was given, which helped us to decide where to eat some of the nights.

The sheets when we arrived were damp, which caused itching. The hotel receptionist said that they came from a company and he could do nothing about it, maybe this should be fed back to the company as it was difficult to sleep on. Therefore, preventing others from having the same issue. The receptionist wasn't the friendliest, not once did he smile or greet us when we came back from our day trips. From previous trips around the world I have never had this. My idea of a good service, includes being welcoming and friendly. Especially when you work in hospitality! The room was not equipped with a fridge, coffee and tea stand so you couldn't bring anything into the room to leave in the fridge. Air con was dire, had to open the windows to be able to sleep.

A perfect and delightful overnight stay

Everything was excellent; from the moment we stepped into the Hotel where we were warmly greeted by a very friendly & helpful receptionist. Our bedroom on the 1st floor was immaculate & very modern; as in automatic, responsive lighting, soap disposer. Attractive decor. Amazing self service breakfast with a vast choice of food & drinks ( including freshly pressed orange juice) set in a pleasant dining area.

Nothing to dislike even though it was set on an estate with other hotels and obviously lacked the true ambiance of the area.
