Good location
I had to buy my own toilet roll we left with a small amount on a roll for a 2 night stay and the hotel advertised on it’s website that it provides iron and ironing board but when we asked they didn’t have one.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful, which was definitely the highlight of our stay. The location is excellent — right across from the Gare de Perpignan, literally a stone’s throw away — making it convenient if you’re traveling by train.
Overall, it’s fine for a short stay or for solo travelers/couples with light luggage, but don’t expect much comfort or variety.
The room was quite small and might feel cramped if you’re carrying large luggage. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The breakfast was disappointing — very limited options, and you even have to boil your own eggs (never seen that before). Apart from that, there were just some cheese, croissants, and coffee.
